When signing a collective agreement with your elected officials, you must submit it on the TéléAccords teleprocedure platform
Collective agreements concluded within a company, establishment, group or economic and social unit as well as inter-company agreements must be filed with the Direct ( Regional Directorate for Business, Competition, Consumption, Labor and Employment ). This procedure is also applicable for action plans, drawn up for certain situations, by the employer in the absence of a collective agreement.
These deposits must now be made via the TéléAccords teleprocedure platform .
The employer or his HR department ( Human Resources Department ) first provides information relating to the company, then information relating to the signed agreement or action plan, which it submits to Management. Finally the employer or his Human resources manager will upload a full text version with signatures of the parties. This deposit can be interrupted and completed for a maximum of 30 days.
We recall here that the company agreements concluded since 1er September 2017 are freely available on the website Legifrance , with the exception of profit-sharing and profit-sharing agreements, employee savings agreements, agreements determining the content of the PSE (Job saving plan ) and collective performance agreements. However, the action plans are not published on this site.
