Preparation of the job brief

Sourcing and hunting by direct approach

Telephone qualification

After this first selection of telephone qualifications, we organize interviews with the candidates. During these recruitment interviews, we check the consistency of their professional backgrounds, their motivations, their skills and their personality.

Presentation of candidates

We will then send you a complete electronic file on each candidate.

Follow-up and integration of candidates
