Selection of candidates
Each candidate pre-selected by us is evaluated by one of our consultants during an individual interview during which aspects of technical skills, experience and personality are studied. The so-called administrative documents (diplomas, pay slips, etc.) are validated and references are taken from former employers with the agreement of the candidate.
Presentation of candidates to recruiters
Depending on the profile, and the previously agreed conditions, we will submit the application files : CV, accompanied by a detailed mission report on each of the shortlisted candidates and their references. We then organize, at your convenience, the meetings with your HR department and / or operational staff.
The hiring decision and taking office: the culmination of our recruitment process
When the candidate has been selected, following the decisive interviews that will have taken place, we assist you during the negotiations until the signing of the contract.
