Reporting to the Human Resources department, the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager is mainly responsible for drawing up payrolls and for all administrative tasks related to payroll and the day-to-day management of human capital. The Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager is also responsible for ensuring or contributing to the quality of the administrative follow-up of the contractual relationship with the employee and for having an advisory role vis-à-vis the hierarchy.
The Payroll and PA Manager has the following main tasks :
